• Ship Monday–Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight, arriving by 10:30 AM in most areas.
• Order cutoff is Tuesday 12:00 PM ET for same-week shipping.
• Insulated liners with heat or ice packs matched to the weather on your route, every season.
• Flat overnight rate, free on qualifying orders.

Dry goods & ARK rock

• Ship every business day via ground service (3–5 days).
• Mixed orders with livestock ship together overnight so nothing waits.

Weather holds

If your forecast is below 20°F or above 95°F we may hold your order and message you — a few extra days beats a casualty box. You can also request a hold at checkout in the order notes.
