DOA Policy

DOA means the animal was dead on arrival at the carrier-recorded delivery time. Here's exactly how we handle it.

Covered

• All corals, fish, inverts, and macro on overnight service
• First delivery attempt or FedEx hold pickup within 2 hours

Not covered

• Losses after acclimation, or in-tank compatibility issues
• Boxes left out after delivery, or delayed pickup at a hold location
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier when the animal still arrives alive

Claims

Photo in the unopened bag + order number, emailed within 2 hours of delivery. We respond within one business day with credit or a reship. Shipping charges are not refundable on partial DOAs.
